Field staff locations are captured when placing orders, confirming deliveries, and while vehicles are in transit, because location verification is the product. Employers configure tracking windows; tracking applies to working activity.
Customer details (contacts, premises coordinates, order history) enable deliveries, geofenced ordering, and order notifications.
Identified personal fields are encrypted at rest. Every state-changing action lands in a tamper-evident audit log. Financial records are retained per Kenyan tax law.
