Terms of service.

A working summary, written to be read. Pilot tenants sign a full agreement and a Data Processing Agreement before any data is loaded — those documents govern, not this page.

What the service is

Loadline is a multi-tenant platform for yard dispatch, field sales, tax compliance and payment reconciliation. Modules are enabled per tenant; you are billed only for the ones enabled on your account.

Your account

  • You are responsible for who you invite and what they can do. Roles and site pinning are yours to set.
  • Back-office roles must use two-factor authentication. This is not optional and cannot be disabled per user.
  • Keep credentials to yourself. Tell us at once if you think an account has been compromised.

Your data

Your operational data is yours. We process it to run the service and for nothing else — it is not sold, and it is not used to train models. Export is available while the account is live and for thirty days after it closes. See the privacy notice and security.

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above an included allowance is billed in arrears on the following invoice.
  • The free tier is free. There is no card on file and it does not convert on its own.
  • You can cancel at any time and the account runs to the end of the period already paid for.

What we do not promise

Loadline reads from systems we do not control — weighbridges, KRA eTIMS, mobile money and bank rails, your ERP. We queue, retry and record faithfully, and we tell you what failed. We cannot promise a third party will be available, and we do not accept liability for their downtime. What we do promise is that an outage there never silently loses your record of it.

Compliance is yours

Loadline submits fiscal documents on your behalf and keeps the evidence. The tax position they represent remains your responsibility.
